Terms

Use tarot to support reflection—not to hand over your decisions.

By using TaroTown, you agree to the service rules below. Effective September 2, 2026.

Nature of the service

TaroTown provides AI-generated tarot conversation and reflection tools. Content is not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee predictions about the future.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harm others, bypass security controls, abuse the service at scale, or generate unlawful and clearly harmful content. You remain responsible for what you submit and for actions you take after a reading.

Accounts and availability

Keep your account credentials secure. Access may be limited or suspended for safety, maintenance, or abuse prevention. The service may be updated, changed, or temporarily unavailable; no feature is guaranteed to remain uninterrupted.

Free allowance and Plus

Free conversations and memory processing share a monthly renewing compute allowance, so the number of messages available varies with request cost. Plus is not subject to that monthly allowance, includes conversation-level deep thinking, and is promised to remain ad-free, while still being subject to security, rate, and fair-use protections.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Plus renews automatically at the price and billing interval shown at checkout until you cancel through subscription management. After cancellation, access remains through the paid period; a payment failure receives a grace period of up to three days. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are unaffected.

Content and feedback

You retain rights in content you submit and permit us to process it as needed to operate and improve the service. Product feedback you provide may be used to improve TaroTown.

Limits of responsibility

You should independently evaluate AI-generated content and remain responsible for actions taken after a reading. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaroTown is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on generated content.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes and will post a new effective date on this page. Questions may be sent to contact@tarotown.com.
